DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in WebGUI, which can be exploited
by malicious people to bypass certain security restrictions.
The vulnerability is cause due to an error within the handling of
user account creation. This can be exploited to create new user
accounts via a specially-crafted URL even when anonymous user
registration has been disabled.
The vulnerability has been reported in versions prior to 6.8.6-gamma.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 6.8.6-gamma.
