DESCRIPTION:
syst3m_f4ult has discovered a vulnerability in Greymatter, which can
be exploited by malicious users to compromise a vulnerable system.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the handling of file
uploads in "gm-upload.cgi". This can be exploited to upload arbitrary
files to a location inside the web root (e.g. PHP scripts).

Successful exploitation requires that the user has file upload
privileges (normally administrators).

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 1.3.1. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
