DESCRIPTION:
Bob Linuson has discovered a vulnerability in Empire CMS, which can
be exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.

Input passed to the "check_path" parameter in e/class/CheckLevel.php
is not properly verified before being used to include files. This can
be exploited to include arbitrary files from local and external
resources.

The vulnerability has been confirmed in version 3.7. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
