DESCRIPTION:
Kacper has reported a security issue in CMtextS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to disclose sensitive information.

The security issue is caused due to improper restrictions on
users_logins/admin.txt and can be exploited to gain knowledge of the
administrator's password.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.0. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict web access to the "users_logins/admin.txt" file.
