http://secunia.com/product/12587/

DESCRIPTION:
Tal Argoni has reported a vulnerability in Netquery, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct script insertion attacks.

Input passed to the "User-Agent" HTTP header in nquser.php is not
properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to insert
arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's browser
session in context of an affected site when the malicious user data
is viewed.

SOLUTION:
Apply vendor patch for version 4.0.
