Summary:

A potential cross-site scripting vulnerability has been identified in
RSA® Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) that could be exploited in
certain circumstances. This is due to an input validation error in a
Flash Shockwave file provided by the Adaptive Authentication system.

Description:

CVE Identifier: CVE-2011-1422

Affected Products:

Adaptive Authentication (On-Premise) versions 2.x, 5.7.x and 6.x may
be impacted.

Recommendation:

We strongly recommend that all customers follow these remediation
steps:

RSA AAOP 5.7.x customers should obtain hot fix 110 from RSA
SecurCare® Online.
RSA AAOP 6.x customers should obtain hot fix 40 from RSA SecurCare®
Online.
RSA AAOP customers who are still on 2.x versions should contact
Support for remediation assistance.
