SECUNIA ADVISORY ID:

VERIFY ADVISORY:
http://secunia.com/advisories/22122/

CRITICAL:
Less critical

IMPACT:
Cross Site Scripting

WHERE:
>From remote

SOFTWARE:
PhotoStore 2.x
http://secunia.com/product/12118/

DESCRIPTION:
meto5757 has reported two vulnerabilities in PhotoStore, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

Input passed to the "gid" parameter in details.php and the "photogid"
parameter in view_photog.php isn't properly sanitised before being
returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML
and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
